Work related stress and women

As per global figures, 28% of employees are suffering from declining mental health, 25% are lacking career motivation and 23% are feeling disconnected from their own lives. 

At the same time, it is also interesting to note that women are more stressed than men. The report by HSE highlighted that females had significantly higher rates of work-related stress, anxiety and depression. The results show that the rate of women suffering from work-related stress is over 25% higher than that of men. (www.HSE.gov.uk)
